Using Groups in OfficeDrop

With OfficeDrop’s new multi-user accounts you now have powerful means to share data.

THE GROUPS FEATURE HAS BEEN RETIRED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST FROM CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN NO LONGER SET AND MANAGE GROUPS WITHIN OFFICEDROP. If you are looking to set permissions for individual users you can do so within the Manage Users button in your Account area.

    It looks funny to me to create groups when all proposed plans don’t propose more than… 3 users only !

    Hi Marc – yes, we’ve been hearing that a lot recently! You can call us to add users, but our pricing page doesn’t seem to do a good job communicating how easy it is to add users. We are trying to strike a balance between not having too many different pricing plans presented and may have erred on the side of not showing enough potential plans/options. Hopefully we’ll be able to improve the pricing/plans page and make it easier to understand/get plans with many more users. I’ll also email you and see if we can set up a plan with more users for your company!
