OfficeDrop’s growth over the past few months has been tremendous. In order to keep up with demand we’ve added an additional scanner to our lineup, which should increase our monthly scanning volume by over half a million images a month (thanks to our newest scanning associates and the in-house scanning software we’ve built to juice up the speed of the scanner.)
Working through the scanning backlog
We realize that there is a significant backlog for new customers to our bulk document scanning service, and hope that soon we will be able to get our processing times back to the speed that you expect. Please note that we continue to process our monthly mail-in scanning customers’ documents at the same speed that we’ve always delivered!
