Since the introduction of ScanDrop, our scan to the cloud scanning software, patterns of how users submit their paper into OfficeDrop’s system has totally flipped from mainly uploading from the website in Q1 to larger than 50% email and ScanDrop submission in October.

The chart to the right shows how clients have been submitting digital files into the OfficeDrop’s digital filing system. (Note that we are excluding files submitted into the system by our document scanning service!)

Wired Magazine was onto something – the web seems to not the preferred way to get data into the cloud!

    The product definitely serves a need, the synchronisation and collaboration aspects of the software look really useful. Can this support mass upload or bulk document imaging on an industrial scale?
